As stated in the Foundation's Statutes, its main objectives and/or goals are:
The promotion of Christian education as a non-profit social service with a preference for the most needy.
The defence of the freedom of education.
To strengthen the sense of belonging around an own character shared by all those who are part of the educational community of the Diocesan Schools of Mallorca and that this sense of belonging is reflected in the different areas of management, pedagogical, pastoral, internal relations and relations with the students and families of the network of the Schools.
To cooperate and to watch over the increase of the quality educational offer, in accordance with the ideology of the Foundation, encouraging research, innovation and social insertion of groups with difficulties.
Establish frameworks for collaboration between the Foundation's schools and the pastoral care of the Diocesan Church.
The promotion of close cooperation and collaboration of all those who are part of the educational community in the school and educational field, through the organization and participation of its members in congresses, courses or other training activities.
Establish agreements or educational arrangements with the competent educational administration.
To determine the educational content and study plans , in accordance with the objective and purposes of the Foundation, within the limits permitted by current legislation.
To coordinate all its centres so that they effectively meet the needs of schooling, respecting, in all cases, the particular agreements or arrangements existing with educational organisations and with the competent educational administration.
To encourage and stimulate the permanent improvement of teachers, both spiritual or religious as well as scientific, promoting the training of their leaders, management teams and staff.
