Why do we collect and process your data?
Resumes
The curriculum that you send us through the electronic channel provided for this purpose on this page will be incorporated into the joint job bank of the Diocesan Schools of Mallorca that will be detailed below, whose purpose is to manage the selection processes of personnel that we could carry out, current or future, to fill jobs in the following schools:

Although this exchange is managed by the FCDM, the ownership of the Diocesan Schools of Mallorca corresponds to the Bishopric of Mallorca, holder of the NIF R0700002I and domiciled in 07001 Palma, Illes Balears, Mirador street nº 5.
Data collected through the contact form
The personal data that you voluntarily provide us through the contact form will only be used to resolve the issue you raise in the form and to monitor your satisfaction with our response.
To whom can we communicate your data?
Except for the centers listed above, we will not make other transfers of the data you bring to our attention except in case of legal obligation on our part or when necessary for the provision of services you request.
Legal basis for the processing and transfer of your data
The legitimacy for the treatment that we make of the data that you facilitate to us through the electronic channel of collection of resumes is the legitimate interest of the holder of the centers to count on a stock exchange of hiring to cover the necessities of personnel of the educative centers, as well as the establishment of a pre-contractual relation with you derived from your will to participate in our processes of selection and acceptance of the maintenance of the resume in our stock exchange during the term that will be indicated next.
The legitimacy for the treatment that we do of the data that you provide through the contact form derives from your consent (article 6.1.a of the RGPD) and from our legitimate interest in attending to your requests and following up on your satisfaction with our response. You may revoke this consent at any time, although not retroactively.
How long will we keep your data?
Curricula: We will keep your resume for a period of TWO YEARS, after which we will proceed to remove it safely, without the need for prior notice from us. Therefore, after this period, if you want to continue participating in our selection processes you must send us a new updated curriculum. In any case, if before two years have passed since the presentation of your resume, you wish to cancel it from our job bank, you can apply for it by exercising the rights recognized in the RGPD in the manner indicated below.
Contact: we will keep your data for the time necessary to respond to your requests or questions and to monitor your satisfaction with our response.
You should know that in all the above cases we will also keep the data for the periods of time foreseen in the legal provisions that are applicable to each case, as well as for the time necessary to attend to possible responsibilities born from the treatment.
Data protection rights
Under the terms and conditions provided for in the regulations in force, you may exercise your rights of access, opposition, rectification, suppression, portability and limitation of processing before the FCDM, by means of a request submitted or addressed to the postal address indicated in the first paragraph of this policy, for the attention of the data protection delegate, or by sending it to the e-mail address dpd@fcdm.es.
It is expressly stated that it is not necessary to attach to your application a copy of an official document proving your identity, although the FCDM may ask you to prove it in case of doubt about it.
Similarly, if you are not satisfied with the way we treat your data, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency or, if you live in another European Union country, with the supervisory authority of your country.

This website contains links to the above-mentioned social networks, whose privacy policies are alien to those of FCDM. By accessing these networks, you may decide to accept their privacy and cookie policies. The purpose of all of them responds to our legitimate interest (art. 61.f RGPD) to disseminate our work, activities and events that we organize and interact with our followers, either through direct messages or exchange of comments in our publications.
By becoming a follower or fan in any of them you consent 1) to the processing of your personal data in the environment of the respective social network according to their privacy policies and terms of use; 2) to the access by us to the data contained in the list of fans/followers and 3) to the news published by us to appear in your profile/account if the policy of the social network allows it.
FCDM may publish in its accounts photographs and videos obtained during the celebration of events it may organize.
We will not use the data for other purposes or to send additional information. If you want to stop following us, you must do so through the corresponding option in each of the social networks through which you follow us.
We reserve the right to remove any content appearing on your social network accounts if you receive any complaints about it, either regarding the content itself or the lack of authorization for its use.
In case you upload photographs showing people, you declare that you have previously obtained their consent to do so.
The audiovisual material will be cancelled when the information is obsolete or no longer relevant or of public interest, or when the person concerned requests its removal.
It is expressly informed that the tools that support the referred social networks are not operated by us, but by the respective owners of each of those networks, being this company completely unaware of the treatments that they can carry out on the data provided on the occasion of their use of the social network and the privacy policies that they establish.
